Drive faster.Drive smarter.
Personal track coaching from a champion-level driver — in your own car or our equipment.
I've been at the limit.
Let me show you
where it is.
With my racing career on pause, I've been focusing on coaching, studying, and building Kotivarakauppa.fi. Coaching has stayed closest to my heart.
It's always great to get back to the paddock, see drivers improve, and pass on what I've learned in racing.
The most important thing in coaching isn't just going faster — it's understanding why the car does what it does.
Who is the coaching for?
Got a sports car sitting in your garage?
Good. It belongs on track.
A sports car gives the most when you can use its capabilities in a controlled and safer environment. There are many ways to approach a track day: enjoying the car at your own pace, testing your limits, or getting more out of both car and driver with a professional.
I'd recommend the first or the last option. Chasing limits without a clear direction can get expensive.
With coaching you'll experience your car's full potential in a controlled way — and learn to drive faster, smoother, and more confidently.
Are you a racing driver?
Nice. If your goal is to improve, I can help in several ways.
Coaching suits drivers moving from karting to race cars, competing in Legends, racing in Europe, or simply wanting to develop as a club competitor.
Sessions can include in-car riding, telemetry analysis, video review, and working through driving theory.
If needed, I can also help with finding sponsors, comparing teams, structuring physical training, and building a personal brand.

What does coaching cover?
Sessions are built around the driver's experience, car and goals. We usually start with racing lines, but I place even more emphasis on pedal rhythm and braking technique.
- 01
Racing lines
The right line makes driving smoother, faster, and safer. It's usually the first thing we work on.
- 02
Braking technique
Braking makes an enormous difference. Where you brake, how you build pressure, and how you release — these are where the biggest gaps are.
- 03
Pedal rhythm
Good driving isn't just throttle and brake, it's rhythm. When the pedals are working correctly, the car stays better balanced.
- 04
Vision
Where you look sets the rhythm of your driving. When your vision is right, the car naturally starts to go where it should.
- 05
Car control
You'll learn to understand weight transfer, grip, and how the car behaves. The goal isn't just to go faster — it's to drive with more control.
How does a session work?
Sessions are held at Alastaro Circuit (Loimaa) or KymiRing (Iitti). The day is built around the driver's experience, car and goals.
- 01
Track and session planning
Before driving, we go through goals, experience level, and the car's specific characteristics.
- 02
Gear available if needed
Helmet and driving gear available to hire, so you can show up with a lower barrier to entry.
- 03
Short stints with feedback
The day is built around short stints. Between each stint we review feedback, work on improvements, and look at video or data where available.
- 04
Real-time coaching in the car
In two-seat cars I ride along and give feedback during the lap — so the cue lands at exactly the right moment, not after the fact.

Typically Alastaro (Southwest Finland, Loimaa) and KymiRing (Päijät-Häme, Iitti). Both are well-suited to sports car coaching.
